Chef Mikael has been known to me since 1995, when was hired as a part-time chef while we had private parties like weddings, anniversary parties and memorial services.

During such times he did such a impressive job that I started to recommend Mikael to work as his own catering chef and handle parties for members and other important people outside the club, he never let me down, only positive feedback came to me.

I have only the highest regards and estimation for him. Whenever I have been involved, his integrity, honesty and work ethics has been above approach.

I can not recommend Mikael enough for any catering project of the most demanding and strenuous party event to the simplest intimate dinner party or just a small cocktail party.

Christmas 2007 Dinner

Happy Holidays!

Yesterday we had our annual Christmas celebration. It was a great night thanks the combination of our fine guests and the fantastic food provided by our corporate member, Food Perfected. One guest told us that this was the best Christmas food she’s ever had in Los Angeles and we can nothing but agree. We got into the Christmas mood greatly by the mix of lit candles, saffron buns, glögg and last but not least the St Lucia performance.

Chef Mikael catered our wedding and he was superb! With the difficult coordination of a private home's kitchen and food needs for 70 guests over a 12 hours span, he and his team did a tremendous job. His menu was innovative yet customized to our taste. I heard nothing but wonderful things from our guests including, "this is the best meal I have ever had at a wedding!"

We were truly impressed with his ability to move from passed hors d'oeuvres, to a sit down dinner, to late-night snacks without sacrificing the elegant presentation, the wonderful flavors or the seamless delivery.

We would use Chef Mikael again for any catered party.

Chef Mikael prepared a superb authentic menu of Scandinavian specialties in an intimate residential setting. The atmosphere was filled with good cheer and soft lighting. The bar was well stocked and your bartender had it all under control. The flowers were exquisite and well appointed. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious.
